Golden Seeds offers two supportive, low-barrier ways for women-led startups to connect with our network before applying for funding: Info Sessions and Office Hours. Both are free, founder-friendly, and designed to help you understand our process and determine whether your company is a fit.

Information Session

A 30-minute virtual presentation designed to give you an overview of the basics of raising capital, how Golden Seeds works, what we look for in potential investments, and what you can expect from our process.

Office Hours

An opportunity for entrepreneurs to discuss their companies with Golden Seeds members. These are unstructured discussions that are particularly helpful for companies that are likely to seek funding in the next 12 to 24 months. Office Hours are informal, founder-focused meetings intended to help you explore next steps and receive high-level guidance on your fundraising readiness.

Open House

A brief introduction to Golden Seeds designed for prospective members. In these virtual meetings, you'll hear from Golden Seeds members about our mission, investment process, and membership experience.

Investor Forums

Monthly, two-hour meetings that feature 3-4 women-led companies that have applied to Golden Seeds and gone through our rigorous screening process. Open only to accredited investors and via invitation. These meetings are a great way to see Golden Seeds members and our process in action.

Investor Education - The Knowledge Institute

The Golden Seeds Knowledge Institute offers nine structured courses for current and prospective investors interested in learning the fundamentals of early-stage investing.
