Professionally Managed Venture Funds

See how our venture funds extend Golden Seeds' mission by investing in high-growth, gender-diverse companies

Over time, Golden Seeds has launched several professionally-managed venture funds.

The most recent offering, the Golden Seeds Venture Fund (GSVF), was created in 2019. GSVF has a unique and symbiotic relationship with the Golden Seeds Angel Network. This relationship allows the independently managed Venture Fund to access the entrepreneur funding applications that come to Golden Seeds. In addition, GSVF leverages the Managing Partners’ professional networks, including referrals from other entrepreneurs, portfolio companies, and syndicate partners.

GSVF invests in early-stage and revenue growth stage companies with the following criteria:

  • Gender Diversity: At least one woman in the C-suite with an executive operating position and appropriate equity

  • Company Characteristics: exemplary management team, differentiated solution to a known pain point with significant competitive advantages, addressable market exceeding $500,000,000, and capital-efficient business model

  • Primary Industry Focus: B2B Technology & Services, Healthcare

GSVF is closed to new investment.
