    The directory includes information about CEOs and top managers of for-profit companies who participated in our survey of social entrepreneurs in 2003/2004. All of the managers identified themselves as entrepreneurs working to lead their companies to provide both financial returns and positive social value. These entrepreneurs also started their companies in 1984 or later. Companies were invited to update their directory information in 2006.
