Golden Seeds Angel Investor Forum

We have three Angel Investor Forums. One in New York, one in Massachusetts, and one in Pennsylvania.

When

The New York Forum usually meets on the second Thursday of each month throughout the year (except August) from 11am to 1pm. The Massachusetts Forum usually meets on the third Thursday of the month (except August) from 12.00pm to 2.00pm. The Pennsylvania Forum usually meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month (except August) from 12.00pm to 2.00pm. Here are a list of the dates for both forums for 2008:

Investments

We invest in women-owned, women-led companies. This means that our companies have a woman CEO who owns equity in the company, or, if she is not the CEO, then she is a Founder and CXO (ie, a COO, CAO, CTO etc). We are not sector specific as our investors are interested in building diversified portfolios across various industries.

Training

We are keen to encourage more women to join the ranks of angel investors. To that end we provide regular training sessions on all aspects of venture investing.
