We have four Angel Investor Forums. One in New York, one in Massachusetts, one in Pennsylvania and one in California.
When
The New York Forum usually meets on the second Thursday of each month throughout the year (except August) from 11am to 1pm. The Massachusetts Forum usually meets on the third Thursday of the month (except August) from 12.00pm to 2.00pm. The Pennsylvania Forum usually meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month (except August) from 11.00am to 1.00pm. The San Francisco/Palo Alto Forums usually meets on the third Tuesday of the month (except August) from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Here is a list of the dates for all the forums for 2010:

Investments
We invest in women-owned, women-led companies. This means that our companies have a woman CEO who owns equity in the company, or, if she is not the CEO, then she is a Founder and CXO (ie, a COO, CAO, CTO etc). We are not sector specific as our investors are interested in building diversified portfolios across various industries.
Training
We are keen to encourage more women to join the ranks of angel investors. To that end we provide regular training sessions on all aspects of venture investing.
