Entrepreneur Training

Golden Seeds training for entrepreneurs focuses on the equity capital raising process. Topics covered in the main part of the session from 9am to 1pm include:

What investors are looking for in a business plan and a live pitch
How to value your early stage company

The training combines instruction with workbook exercises. You will create your own elevator pitch, and complete a valuation exercise including creating a capitalization table.

From 1.30pm to 3pm, additional workshops for an extra fee include:

creating your pitch to investors
creating your executive summary
capital strategy and valuation

Guidance at the afternoon workshops will be provided by Golden Seeds angel investors.
